Quieting Your Heart – Advent Devotional Bible Study

Over the course of four weeks beginning Tuesday, November 28th, and leading up to Christmas, join me as we journey together through the rich biblical themes of Love, Joy, Hope, and Peace. Each day is a refreshing look at scripture, shedding light on timeless stories ranging from Jacob and Rachel’s enduring love to the inspiring resilience of Paul and Silas.

This advent-devotional Bible study is an invitation to rediscover the profound love of God, revealed in the humble birth of our Savior.

Karissa is also back to bless us each week with her insightful videos. If you would like more information on our study, visit our website.

Seek To Rebuild and Restore

Seek To Rebuild and Restore –
Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with a desire for Your guidance and grace, especially in dealing with those who have wandered from the fellowship. Lord, we acknowledge that at times, like the prodigal son, we have strayed from Your path, seeking fulfillment in places that only led us further from Your love and each other. As we seek to rebuild and restore, let Your wisdom be our guide, and Your love the pathway that we walk. May our marriage be a testament to Your relentless love and forgiveness.

We pray for those in our lives who have wandered from You, those dear to our hearts but distant in spirit. Lord, stir their hearts with Your calling, reminding them that the distance they have traveled is not too great for Your love to bridge. In our marriage, let us be examples of Your unconditional love and grace, offering a safe harbor for those in our lives to return to.

Help us, Father, to extend patience and understanding, mirroring the patience You have shown us countless times. Let our words be seasoned with grace and our actions reflect Your unfailing kindness. In moments of doubt or despair, remind us of Your promises and Your faithfulness.

Lord, we commit our marriage and all those we hold dear to Your sovereign hands. May our journey be a reflection of Your redemptive love, and our home a place of reconciliation and joy. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unending grace, for in You, no heart is beyond Your reach.

In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
