Over the course of four weeks beginning Tuesday, February 20th, join me as we explore the profound significance of the unknown kinsman, uncover the rich symbolism of his shoe, and connect the dots to the Ten Commandments.

We’ll look back at the lives of Biblical characters like Lot, Perez, Judah, and Tamar, seeking to understand their roles in God’s story. Questions like ‘Where does Naomi fit into all this?’ and ‘Why is the timing of these events so crucial?’ will guide our exploration, as we uncover the beauty and depth of these Biblical narratives.

Karissa is also back to bless us each week with her insightful videos. If you would like more information on our study, visit our website.

Strength And Comfort From Your Presence

Strength And Comfort From Your Presence –
Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

Lord, we ask that You help us to be sober-minded and watchful, aware that the enemy seeks to disrupt and divide. May we stand firm in our faith, united against any challenges that come our way. Help us to recognize the trials and temptations that seek to weaken us, and grant us the wisdom to overcome them through Your strength.

Together, let us be a testament to the power of a Christ-centered marriage, facing adversities with courage and unwavering faith. May we support each other, not only as partners but as fellow believers, encouraging one another in our walk with You.

In moments of struggle, remind us that we are not alone, that couples everywhere face similar challenges. Strengthen our resolve to resist the enemy, knowing that our brothers and sisters in Christ are with us in spirit, united in faith.

Above all, Lord, fill our marriage with Your unending love and grace. In every trial and every joy, let us stand with You, drawing strength and comfort from Your presence.

In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Today’s Bible Verse

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. – 1 Peter 5:8-9, KJV

Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. – 1 Peter 5:8-9, NIV
