Strengthen Our Joy in One Another - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We thank You for the joy You have given us in one another—the laughter we share, the memories we’ve created, and the grace that carries us through each day. We ask that You strengthen that joy within our marriage. When life becomes busy or responsibilities weigh heavily, help us to hold on to the simple delight of being together.
Remind us to celebrate the small things: a thoughtful word, a shared glance, a quiet moment at the end of the day. Help us to see that joy doesn’t always arrive in grand moments, but often grows in ordinary ones—moments You choose to fill with Your goodness.
Lord, may our joy be rooted in gratitude, renewed through kindness, and preserved by the love You continue to shape between us. We ask that You keep our hearts light when life feels heavy, and help us to remember the gift we have in each other.
Let our marriage shine with the joy that comes from knowing You are with us—guiding, strengthening, and blessing us as we walk this path together.
