Dear heavenly Father,

We thank You for bringing us together and for the work You continue to do within our marriage. We ask that You strengthen our unity day by day. When distractions pull our focus in different directions or when the pressures of life create distance between us, remind us to turn toward one another rather than away. Help us recognize the quiet choices that support unity: choosing patience instead of frustration, listening with care rather than assumption, and approaching one another with humility when tension tries to rise. Teach us to see moments of conflict not as barriers, but as opportunities to grow in understanding and grace. Guide our words so they build trust, steady our hearts when emotions run high, and give us wisdom to pursue reconciliation quickly.

Lord, help us guard the unity You have given us. Show us how to honor You in the way we treat one another and how to walk in step with the love You are forming within us. We ask that You keep us close—closer to You, and closer to each other—as we continue learning what it means to be truly united in marriage.
