Surrender Is Not Loss - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
You have called us to present our lives as a living sacrifice—holy and pleasing to You. In our marriage, that means surrendering not just our plans, but our pride, our expectations, and even our timing.
Teach us what it truly means to lay our marriage at Your feet. When we try to shape it in our own strength, remind us that Your ways are higher and Your wisdom unsearchable. Transform our minds by Your Word, so that our hearts are aligned with Your perfect will.
Help us to see that surrender is not loss—it’s the gateway to peace. When we yield to You, we find freedom; when we submit to Your will, we discover joy. Let our marriage be a daily act of worship—two lives, fully yielded, shaped by grace, and guided by Your hand.
