Dear heavenly Father,

We thank You for being holy, righteous, and worthy of all honor. We ask that You fill our marriage with a holy reverence—an awareness of Your presence that influences how we speak, how we think, and how we love.

Keep us from taking lightly what You call sacred. Teach us to honor You in our decisions, to seek You in our conflicts, and to remember that You are present in every room of our home.

Lord, may our marriage be marked by the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom.
