In My Father's House
Our newest Bible Study In My Father’s House is now underway.
It’s not too late to join as we see the beautiful work God is doing in His people as He gathers, shapes, strengthens, and prepares us for the eternal home He has promised.
In My Father’s House is a study about belonging, surrender, refinement, hope, and the promise that one day, every child of God will finally be home.

Teach Us to Be a Safe Place for Each Other—Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Life has a way of wearing us down. Some days we come home carrying disappointments we never expected, conversations that didn’t go well, or worries we haven’t shared with anyone. It’s a gift to have someone to come home to, but it’s an even greater gift when home is a place where our hearts can finally rest.
Father, help us be that place for each other.
Teach us to welcome one another with grace. When one of us is carrying a heavy heart, help the other resist the urge to fix everything and simply be present. Give us the wisdom to know when to speak and when to quietly listen. May our words bring comfort instead of pressure, and may our presence remind each other that we’re not walking through life’s burdens alone.
Forgive us for the times we’ve been too distracted to notice when the other was struggling. Open our eyes to the quiet hurts that are so easy to miss. Help us become the first place each other turns, not because we have all the answers, but because we’ve learned to love with compassion, patience, and understanding.
Lord, thank You for the refuge You’ve always been to us. In every season, You’ve welcomed us with open arms and invited us to cast our cares on You. Help our marriage reflect that same kind of welcome. May our home be a place where weary hearts find encouragement, where burdens become lighter because they’re shared, and where Your love is seen in the way we care for one another.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
