In My Father's House

I’m so excited to share my newest Bible study, In My Father’s House.

This 10-chapter study invites women to see the beautiful work God is doing in His people as He gathers, shapes, strengthens, and prepares us for the eternal home He has promised. Through Scripture, we’ll look at Christ as the Cornerstone, believers as living stones, and the Holy Spirit as the One patiently forming our hearts according to the Father’s faithful plan.

If you’ve ever felt unfinished, overlooked, weary, or unsure of what God is doing in this season of your life, my prayer is that this study will gently remind you of this truth:

You are not forgotten.

In My Father’s House is a study about belonging, surrender, refinement, hope, and the promise that one day, every child of God will finally be home.

Teach Us to Be Gentle With Each Other

Teach Us to Be Gentle With Each Other — Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear heavenly Father,

We thank You for the gentleness You show us—how You deal with us patiently, never rushing us, never turning away when we fall short. And we ask that You help us reflect that same gentleness in our marriage.

Sometimes, without even realizing it, our tone can become sharp or our words can come too quickly. We don’t always mean to hurt each other, but in the middle of busy days or tired moments, it can happen. So we ask that You slow us down. Help us notice when our words need softening and when our hearts need settling.

When we feel frustrated, teach us to respond with care.
When we feel unheard, help us stay gentle.
When we’re tempted to react, remind us to pause.

Lord, shape something deeper in us—a gentleness that isn’t forced, but grows naturally from hearts that are walking closely with You. Help us speak in ways that bring calm instead of tension, and to treat each other with the same patience You’ve shown us so many times.

We ask that our home would feel different because of this—that it would be a place where gentleness lives, where grace is easy to find, and where love is felt in both our words and our actions.

In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
