Dear heavenly Father,

We thank You for the guidance You offer through Your Word. As the psalmist prayed, “Teach me Your way, O Lord,” we ask that You teach us Your ways within our marriage. When we’re unsure how to respond or how to move forward, lead our hearts toward the wisdom only You can give.

Teach us Your ways in how we speak—with humility, with truth, with care for one another’s hearts.

Teach us Your ways in how we handle frustration—turning to patience rather than anger, and understanding rather than assumption.

Teach us Your ways in how we love—steadily, faithfully, and with a desire to honor You in all things.

Lord, guide our steps so they reflect Your character. Shape our attitudes, correct our direction where needed, and keep us near to You as we grow. We ask that You make our marriage a place where Your ways are learned, lived, and cherished.

In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
