That We Will Not Be Led Astray – Today’s Marriage Prayer
We Are Currently Underway On Our New Study:
Jacob: Pursuing God With Steadfast Faith & Unyielding Courage
This new study will continue until August 20th. If you would like to join us, I encourage you to pick up a copy of the journal on Amazon. As we go through Jacob’s life story, chapter by chapter, we’ll see God’s plan of salvation, Christ’s work on the cross, and lessons rich in life application.
Karissa will be back to bless us with her insightful videos. Together, we look forward to a deep dive into God’s Word and fostering an even closer fellowship among us all. Your participation is the heartbeat of this group, and I can’t wait to see how God uses our collective thirst for wisdom to draw us nearer to Him and to one another.

That We Will Not Be Led Astray –
Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you with grateful hearts for the gift of marriage. We know that you designed marriage to be a reflection of your love for us and we ask that you guide us in our journey together.
We pray that we will not be led astray by those who do not follow your ways—those who are unchanged by Your grace. Help us to keep our minds focused on your truth, and to reject any teachings or influences that go against your will.
Lord, we ask for your protection over our marriage. May we always seek to honor and cherish one another, even in the midst of difficult times. Help us to be faithful to one another and to you, knowing that our ultimate reward is found in you alone.
We pray for those who are struggling in their marriages. May they find hope and strength in you, and may their marriages be restored and renewed. Help us to see their need so we may be a source of encouragement and support. May we be examples of what it means to follow you and to love one another with the same love that you have shown us.
In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Today’s Bible Verse
Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: – Philippians 3:17-20, KJV
____________________________
Join together in following my example, brothers and sisters, and just as you have us as a model, keep your eyes on those who live as we do. For, as I have often told you before and now tell you again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ. – Philippians 3:17-20, NIV
