Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
The heavens declare Your glory, and the skies proclaim the work of Your hands. In the beauty of Your creation, we see the majesty of Your love and the perfection of Your plan. May our marriage reflect that same beauty—a testimony to Your faithfulness and grace.
Teach us, Lord, to treasure Your Word as the foundation of our relationship. Just as Your statutes are trustworthy, making the simple wise, help us to build our lives on Your truth. Let Your commandments guide our steps as we navigate the joys and challenges of marriage, and may Your Word bring light to our path.
Help us to speak words that are pleasing in Your sight—words that uplift, encourage, and bring healing. When we fail, remind us of Your great mercy and lead us to forgive one another as You have forgiven us.
Lord, cleanse us from hidden faults and protect our hearts from pride. May our marriage be marked by humility, love, and a shared desire to glorify You in all we do.
Let the meditation of our hearts and the words of our mouths be pleasing in Your sight, O Lord, our Rock and Redeemer. Bind us together in Your love, that we may reflect Your glory in our lives and to those around us.
