Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, to humbly seek Your guidance and strength to keep our hearts pure and our eyes fixed on You and one another.
Lord, in a world filled with distractions and temptations, we pray for the wisdom to be discerning and the strength to resist the snares of lust that seek to undermine our marriage. May Your Holy Spirit fill us with a deep and abiding love that transcends the fleeting desires of the flesh.
Grant us, O God, a spirit of contentment and gratitude for the gift You have given us in each other. Help us to see our spouse through Your eyes, appreciating their beauty, virtues, and worth as a precious child of Yours.
We ask for the courage to communicate openly and honestly, to share our vulnerabilities without fear, and to support each other in moments of weakness. May our marriage be a fortress against temptation, and a sanctuary of mutual respect, fidelity, and love.
In difficult times, may You remind us of Your promises and Your faithfulness. Teach us to turn to You first, seeking Your wisdom and guidance through prayer and Your Word.
Bless our marriage, Lord, with Your presence and peace. Keep our hearts free from lust and filled with a deep, enduring love that honors You in every thought, word, and deed.
