To Kneel In Your Presence –
Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
In the quiet of Your presence, we kneel before You, united in marriage, yet humbly aware of our individual need for Your grace. As we bow our heads, we seek not only to honor You, but to invite the fullness of Your love and wisdom into our hearts and home.
May the act of kneeling remind us of the strength found in surrender, the peace in Your promises, and the joy in journeying together under Your guidance.
We ask that You teach us to listen — to Your voice, and to each other’s hearts. Help us to cherish the gift of togetherness, to nurture patience, and to forgive freely, as You have forgiven us.
Grant us, O God, the courage to face challenges with faith, to celebrate victories with humility, and to walk through each day hand in hand, with You at the center of our marriage. May our love for each other mirror Your love for us—selfless, steadfast, and abounding in grace.
In kneeling before You, we declare our dependence on Your wisdom, our need for Your strength, and our desire for Your guidance. Bless our marriage, O Lord, with a love that endures, a faith that perseveres, and a hope that never fades.
