Prepare Him Room: 28 Ways to Embrace the Spirit of Christmas
Hey, ladies! I’d love to invite you to join our upcoming Advent series, Prepare Him Room: 28 Ways to Embrace the Spirit of Christmas. Unlike our usual Bible studies, this one is more of a devotional style that encourages you to slow down and make space for what matters most—Jesus. Each day offers inspiring stories, scripture readings, simple challenges, and questions designed to draw you closer to Christ.
Over the course of four weeks, we’ll go through the book together beginning November 26th. Once again, we will have weekly videos, and printable chapters.
Take a moment amidst the holiday hustle to focus on His presence. Discover practical ways to reflect Christ’s love in your home, relationships, and daily life.
Let’s make this Christmas a true celebration of our Savior.

To Stand Guard Over Our Minds –
Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Lord, may our thoughts be pure and pleasing to You. Teach us to stand guard over our minds, to meditate on Your Word, and to avoid dwelling on thoughts that may seem harmless but ultimately serve no good purpose. We know that even the smallest intrusive thought, if left unchecked, can grow into temptation, so we ask for Your protection and guidance.
Your Word reminds us not to conform to the patterns of this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. We ask for Your grace to help us grow in spiritual maturity and to guard us against secret sins. Give us a deep hunger and thirst for righteousness, so that Your Word is imprinted on our hearts and minds. We know that true righteousness begins within us, shaping our hearts before it is shown in our actions.
Help us to always seek the best for one another and for those around us. May we keep each other, and others, in our thoughts and prayers continually, lifting them up before You with love and care.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Today’s Bible Verse
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (KJV) Romans 12:1-2

Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. (NASB) Romans 12:1-2
