Trusting You in Seasons of Uncertainty — Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Today we bring You the uncertainties we carry as a couple. The decisions we haven’t made yet. The outcomes we can’t predict. The questions that don’t have clear answers. You see what lies ahead, even when we do not, and we are grateful that our future rests in Your hands.
When finances feel tight, when health concerns arise, or when plans change unexpectedly, steady our hearts. Guard us from fear that pulls us apart or anxious thoughts that cloud our judgment. Help us turn toward each other instead of withdrawing. Remind us that You are our provider, our protector, and our guide.
Teach us to seek You first before we react. Give us unity in our decisions. When we disagree, help us listen carefully and move forward in humility. Keep pride from dividing us and impatience from rushing us.
Lord, help us remember that uncertainty does not mean You are absent. You are working even when we cannot see it. Strengthen our faith so that our marriage becomes a place of peace rather than panic. Let our trust in You anchor our relationship and calm our conversations.
We place our plans before You. Direct our steps. Close doors that should not be opened. Open doors that align with Your will. And through every season, draw us closer to You and to each other.
We trust You completely.
