We Want To Thrive

We Want To Thrive – Today’s Marriage Prayer

Our Next Study Starts Soon!

I’m excited to share that our next Bible study, Discovering Joy: Not Because Life is Perfect, but Because God is Faithful, begins Tuesday February 11th.

This interactive devotional is designed to help us uncover joy, not the fleeting kind that shifts with the winds of change, but a steadfast joy rooted in the faithfulness of God and held steady by His unchanging love.

Each chapter offers a short devotional to encourage your heart, a reading prompt to guide your study, and verse maps—a unique way to help you dig deeper into Scripture. You’ll also find moments of gratitude, practical ways to cultivate joy, and inspiring stories that remind us of God’s goodness.

Each week we’ll cover three chapters of the book, for a total of five weeks.

We Want To Thrive –
Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

Through the ups and downs, the seasons of joy and struggle, You have been faithful to sustain us. But Lord, we don’t want to settle for just coexisting—we want to thrive in the love You designed for us.

We ask You to rekindle the passion in our marriage. Soften our hearts toward one another and help us to see each other with fresh eyes. Bring back the excitement of shared moments, the warmth of tender words, and the deep connection that drew us together in the beginning.

Teach us to be intentional—to prioritize time together, to hold hands more often, to laugh freely, and to express love in ways that speak to each other’s heart. Let our marriage reflect the beauty of Your design—a love that is selfless, joyful, and enduring.

If routine has dulled our affection, breathe new life. If busyness has stolen our time, help us to reclaim it. If hurt has created distance, lead us toward healing and restoration.

Most of all, help us to keep You at the center of our love story. May our passion for one another be rooted in our passion for You.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
