We’re More Than Conquerors – Today’s
Dear Heavenly Father,
Help us to manage our problems. We don’t always have a solution, but we do have the ability to work through things together. We don’t have to let rough patches drive a wedge between us. Remind us to use them as an opportunity to pray and to seek You together.
Your word tells us that we’re more than conquerors through Jesus Christ. Thank You for the privilege of sharing in the power of Your Holy Spirit.
We need Your wisdom and strength, Lord. We have doubts and temptations. We wrestle with self control. We entertain worry, instead of focusing on faith.
Give us the courage to walk in faith when feelings are clouding our view. Give us the patience to wait and to trust in Your will.
In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Today’s Bible Verse
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. – Romans 8:37-39
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. – Romans 8:37-39

Our Featured Book
The Virtuous Life of a Christ-Centered Wife is written in the format of an 18-part study for daily or weekly reflection. Not only is it a powerful tool for personal growth, but it’s also an ideal study guide for small groups! Each lesson leads you through one virtue at a time, offering you applicable and inspiring ways for a wife to grow closer to God and her husband. The virtues discussed are these:
Virtue calls us to action. As we exercise each one, they bring our flesh in line with our Spirit. It’s one thing to know what’s good, and it’s another to walk in obedience to the knowledge that we have received. Not always easy, but obedience to our faith is always worth the effort it takes!
