You Brought Peace To The World –
Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
On that holy night so long ago, You brought peace to the world through the birth of Your Son, Jesus Christ. As we reflect on Your Word, we are reminded of the calm and sacred beauty of that moment. Lord, we ask that You fill our marriage with that same peace and holiness, drawing us closer to each other and to You.
May our home be a place of stillness in the midst of life’s noise, where Your presence is felt and Your love abounds. Help us to approach one another with tenderness and grace, just as You approached us with mercy and love. When challenges arise, remind us of the serenity You offer, calming our hearts and guiding us through every trial.
Teach us to cherish the gift of each other, and to honor the sacred covenant we share. Like the shepherds who knelt before the Savior, may we bow our hearts in gratitude for Your blessings as we seek to glorify You in all we do.
In the quiet moments and in the busyness of life, may we always find peace in Your presence and joy in the love we share. Thank You for the holy gift of marriage and for the love that binds us together under Your care.
