Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We pray for hearts receptive to Your guidance, minds open to Your wisdom, and spirits attuned to Your presence. In moments of uncertainty or difficulty, remind us to seek Your counsel first, trusting in Your unfailing direction.
May Your Spirit instill in us a deep sense of unity, guiding us to make decisions that honor and glorify You. Help us to listen to one another with empathy and understanding, always prioritizing the peace and love You have called us to in our marriage.
Lord, fill our relationship with the fruits of Your Spirit – love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. May these virtues be the foundation of our life together, shaping every word and action.
As we walk hand in hand, let Your Spirit be our constant companion, ensuring that our steps align with Your will.
In every season of our marriage, may we celebrate Your goodness and faithfulness. With hearts full of gratitude, we acknowledge that all we are and all we have come from You. We ask that Your Holy Spirit lead us, in every step of our marital journey.
