Building Trust In Our Marriage

Building Trust In Our Marriage – Today’s Marriage Prayer

I’m using the next month to get our next Bible Study done. In the meantime, I redid one of our older studies The Full Armor Of God. I added more content, better graphics, and thought provoking questions. I won’t be going through this one with you as I want to focus on the new study, but if you are looking for a study to work on during my break, it will keep you busy.

It’s available for free in the members only section of the blog. If you are a subscriber, you can find the link to it at the bottom of the emails you have received.

It’s also available at Amazon. Click here if you would prefer to pick up a copy.

Building Trust In Our Marriage

Building Trust In Our Marriage –
Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to seek Your wisdom and guidance. You, who laid the foundations of the earth, have also laid the foundation for our marriage, binding us together with Your love. In Your wisdom, Lord, You have shown us that trust is not merely a feeling but a structure we build, day by day, through our actions, our words, and our choices.

Help us, Lord, to foster trust in our marriage. Let it be strong and resilient, capable of withstanding the storms of life. Grant us the courage to be transparent with each other, sharing our thoughts, our fears, and our dreams openly. Teach us to listen, really listen, to one another—not just with our ears, but with our hearts. Guide us to act with integrity, so that our yes means yes, and our no means no.

Bless us with patience, for trust grows not in a day but over time. Help us to give each other the grace to grow, to learn, and to become the partners You desire us to be. When we stumble, Lord, we ask that You lift us up. When there are misunderstandings, grant us the humility to seek forgiveness and the willingness to forgive, remembering how much You have forgiven us.

In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
