To Stand Strong Together – Today’s
Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You to ask that You would protect our marriage. Your word tells us that we are no longer two, but that we are one flesh. And so we ask that you would keep us from anything that would work to divide us.

Grant us the courage to stand strong together when we’re facing trials. Whether we’re up against poverty, sickness, unemployment, temptation, or stress, may we have peace in any situation. May You grant us the strength to face it together.

We want to grow old together. We want to be holding hands long after old age has set in. We want to be a couple that seeks Your will for our lives. A couple that prays together and stays together until You call us home.

In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
